All That Bags.com offers insurance to cover our rentals. With insurance you will be covered for the reasonable normal wear and tear of the bag in your possession. As for items missing from the bags, such as logo items, charms, keys, fobs, scarves, or any decorative embellishments that are included in the style and make of the bag, insurance will not cover you. Also in the case of loss or theft, insurance will not cover you. In either of these cases that insurance does not cover, you will be responsible for the cost of repair, or for the replacement of the bag at full retail price.
