Q: How much does membership cost? A: Membership is billed at $4.95 monthly. There will also be an additional fee for the item rented weekly or monthly. Q: How much does it cost to rent a bag? A: Please refer to our cost chart below. Q: How long can I keep the bag I've rented? A: There is no time limit on rentals. As long as your account is in good standing, and your credit card is valid; you may retain the item to fit your needs. Q: How do I return the bag when I'm finished with it? A: Returns are prepaid by All That Bags.com. Just keep the box your item arrived in to reuse for the return of your package, apply the return postage sticker included in the box, and drop the package at your nearest U.S. Postal Service office. Q: Can I rent more than one bag at a time? For the first 3 months of your membership with All That Bags.com, you can rent up to 2 items at one time. You will not be allowed to rent from the 'It Bag' or 'Elite' collection at this time, otherwise you can rent from any one of our other collections as you desire. Q: What is the new 'Elite' collection? The 'Elite' collection is our new addition to the site. It provides those Fashionista's with a little more cash, the ability to rent Limited Edition and hard to find bags. back to top >Q: When do you charge membership fees? Your $4.95 membership fee will be billed the day you sign up for services with All That Bags.com, and then every month thereafter on the date you signed up. This will exclude February, which has 28 days as well as an extra day every four years. If you sign up on this month and months that have 31 days, you will be charged the day before the date you actually signed. Q: How do I cancel my membership? To cancel your membership you will contact our Customer Service Department, either by email or phone. Q: What form of payment do you accept? We accept all valid credit cards, also debit cards with the Visa and Mastercard logo. We do not accept cash, checks, nor do we have Paypal at this time. Q: Do you offer insurance in case the bags become damaged? All That Bags.com offers insurance to cover our rentals. With insurance you will be covered for the reasonable normal wear and tear of the bag in your possession. As for items missing from the bags, such as logo items, charms, keys, fobs, scarves, or any decorative embellishments that are included in the style and make of the bag, insurance will not cover you. Also in the case of loss or theft, insurance will not cover you. In either of these cases that insurance does not cover, you will be responsible for the cost of repair, or for the replacement of the bag at full retail price.
Q: What is the cost of shipping and handling? There is a charge of $9.95 added to each item for shipping and handling. All That Bags.com will not ship items to P.O. boxes, APO's, businesses, or international addresses. Q: Can I get my bag sooner than the general shipping terms state? You can receive your bag sooner with expedited shipping options. Simply choose an option during checkout. Q: What is Guest rental? As a guest, you can rent bags without paying monthly membership fees. You get the same service as a member but Guest rental fees are slightly higher. You will be able to rent from all of our collections, however you will not be able to rent from the 'It Bag' collection until you have established a relationship with All That Bags.com. With Guest rental, you will also be subject to a hold on your credit card for the full retail price of the bag you are renting. This money will again be available to you once we receive the merchandise back. back to top >Q: Why should I rent instead of buying my own? The advantages of renting instead of buying are that you have access to the hottest bags, by the most famous designers at all times. Carry the bags you see your favorite celebrities carrying without the big price tag. You don't have to break the bank to have a great bag that will surely be outdated in a couple months. Plus, you may have an event or vacation for which you want to look stylish and up to date, now you can do it for a much without making a big investment. Q: Are the designer bags on your site originals or reproductions? Every bag at All That Bags.com is 100% Authentic. Our bags are purchased directly from the designers. You will never have to worry about carrying a copy, fake, or reproduction when you rent with us. Q: What if someone sends back a reproduction, instead of the original product? If there is a reproduction, fake, or a bag previously owned by the renter returned to us, the renter will be responsible for the full retail value of the item or items sent to you. All That Bags.com takes certain measures to assure that the merchandise we send out is the exact merchandise we sent out. Q: Will I have to pay taxes on my rental? Taxes will apply to residents of Nevada only. Q: What is the differences between collections? The Elite Collection - These bags are limited edition and hard to get bags from the most expensive designers. The It Bag 1 & 2 - The bag you may see your favorite celebrities carrying! Featuring designers such as Chanel, Prada, and Chloe, starting at $235.00 per month and up. Fashionista - The hottest bag in season right now! Including designers such as Marc Jacobs, Fendi, and Gucci, starting at $175 per month and up. Simply Elegant - The most noticeable bag in the room! Including designers such as Kooba, Juicy Couture, and BE&D, starting at $90 per month and up. Tres Chic - For the lady with lots of class and taste! Including designers such as Francesco Biasia, Coach, and Betsey Johnson, starting at $40 per month and up. The It Girl - For the young lady who's all about style! Including designers such as Coach, and Dooney & Bourke, starting at $20 per month and up. Q: What are Dream Picks? Dream Picks is a list of items you have the desire to rent in the near future. It's a reminder to yourself of what bags you desire to rent. If the item becomes available, you can rent it at any time, if not, you can add it to your wait list, and the item will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available, in the order you choose. back to top >Q: Will I always receive a brand new bag? All of our bags are new or in "like new" condition. The bags are under the scrutiny of All That Bags.com, and our standards are very high. We can guarantee you we will never send out a bag that's in less than perfect condition. Q: If I want to keep the bag I've rented, can I purchase it? If you rent a bag and decide you love it and want to own it, All That Bags.com may give you an opportunity to purchase it. A request to Customer Service will allow us to determine whether this is an item that can be sold at that time. Once we've determined this, we will contact you with our decision. The decision will depend on the condition, age of item, availability, and demand. If available for purchase, a price will be determined and presented to you. If you agree, you credit card will be charged the price that was agreed upon by yourself, and All That Bags.com. Q: If I see a bag on the site that I love, can I just buy it? One of the new additions to All That Bags.com is that you can now buy a bag that you see on the site. If the bag is brand new, we will sell it to you at retail or just below retail price. If the bag has been used, we will come up with a price for the handbag for you. However, due to the limited availability of bags from the 'Elite' collection, these will not be for sale under any circumstance. Q: Do you have a rent-to-buy option? No. When you rent a bag, you are paying a weekly or monthly fee for the bag, however, if after renting it, you decide you want to buy the bag, there is still the option to buy but the monies used to rent the bag cannot be applied to the price to sell the bag. That would constitute a layaway plan of sorts, and we don't do that here at All That Bags.com. Q: What if there is damage to the bag I've rented when it's returned? Hopefully the damage is not beyond repair. If the bag is damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, you will be responsible for repair or replacement of the bag. If the bag has minor damage, such as a scratch or stain, or is dirty, this is something that can be covered by insurance. back to top >Q: When is my credit card charged for the bag I'm renting? Your credit card will be charged at the time of rental. Q: Why is there a hold put on my credit card? There is a hold put on your credit card for the retail value of the bag you're renting. This will be for your first rental only, if you're a member. If you're a guest, we will have to put a hold on your first 3 rentals; this will help in the prevention of fraud. Q: What is the Bag Concierge? Members of All That Bags.com have the ability to have their bag delivered to their hotel upon arrival in Las Vegas. This special will be based upon weekly rentals. This is a good idea for the fashionable woman who may have a special occasion or event here in town. The member must be registered at the hotel they want the bag delivered to. Q: What happens if I do not provide the correct information? Simply put, you will not be sent a bag from All That Bags.com and your credit card will be promptly refunded. We will also notify you of our reason for denial.
